Katherine is power-loomed with a specialized technique that gives the pile an organic dimension—slightly ribbed—creating an elevated look that blurs the line between machine-made and handmade rugs. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Professional cleaning recommended. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion.

Free standard shipping on every order. If the item is in stock and not made to order, orders are dispatched within 10 business days of placement. In-stock items are typically delivered within 10–15 business days.
If the item is out of stock with a BACKORDER status, an email will be sent within 2 business days with an update on the current ETA.

Most of our furniture items ship via freight to a last-mile delivery service near you. Once it arrives at the terminal, they will reach out to set up a delivery date and time of your choice. Standard delivery is an over-the-threshold drop-off and is always free.
White-glove delivery — including room-of-choice placement and packaging removal — is available for a flat $150 fee, selectable at checkout.
Once items have shipped, we are unable to cancel the order without charging shipping and restocking fees. We do our best to project accurate shipping dates; however, please note that these can change.
