Appropriate rug pad is highly recommended on all surfaces to prevent slipping, add cushion, and improve durability. Expect shedding. For vacuuming, use a vacuum cleaner without a beater bar or one where you can set the bar to the highest pile setting. If your vacuum has variable power settings, set on low. Vacuum full length of the rug, turn and repeat to the next area, rather than back and forth motion. "

In stock items are typically delivered within 10-15 business days. If the item is out of stock with a BACKORDER status an email will be sent within 2 business days giving you an update on the current eta.

Most of our furniture items ship via freight and will first ship to a Last Mile delivery service near you. Once it arrives to that terminal they will reach out to setup a delivery date and time of your choice. We provide either Free shipping, which is an over the threshold delivery or we can accommodate a White Glove delivery service for an additional fee per item which can be chosen at checkout.
