Due to COVID-19 related factors, Freight and Shipping constraints, many items are subject to extended processing and shipping timelines.   Due to the high volume of online shopping, shipping delays might occur with our shipping partners. Once an order is placed an email confirmation will be sent out immediately. IF the item is in stock and not a custom made to order item, orders are dispatched within 10 business days of placement. In stock items are typically delivered within 10-15 business days. If the item is out of stock with a BACKORDER status an email will be sent within 2 business days giving you an update on the current eta.

Most of our furniture items ship via freight and will first ship to a Last Mile delivery service near you. Once it arrives to that terminal they will reach out to setup a delivery date and time of your choice. We provide either Free shipping, which is an over the threshold delivery or we can accommodate a White Glove delivery service for an additional fee per item which can be chosen at checkout.
