We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return your items within 15 days of receiving the order for a refund of the merchandise cost less a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Please Email Us with the subject line RETURNS and we will issue a prepaid UPS label if applicable. If this is a free ship items the shipping cost to ship back will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. Again shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please always inspect items upon receiving. Returns sent in that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please ensure to measure properly prior to placing any orders as items that dont fit due to improper measurements will be subject to shipping and restocking fees. Orders that are cancelled or refused at delivery due to sizing issues are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and return shipping charges.
Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged ( original packaging is best) and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days, from the date of receipt, to conduct a quality control review and issue a refund. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
Damages: Sometimes damages occur during the shipping process even though we do our best to deliver your item in perfect condition. All damage claims must be received within 48 hours of receiving the item.
