Once an order is placed an email confirmation will be sent out immediately. IF the item is in stock and not a custom made to order item, orders are dispatched within 10 business days of placement. In stock items are typically delivered within 10-15 business days. If the item is out of stock with a BACKORDER status an email will be sent within 2 business days giving you an update on the current eta.
Most of our furniture items ship via freight and will first ship to a Last Mile delivery service near you. Once it arrives to that terminal they will reach out to setup a delivery date and time of your choice. We provide either Free shipping, which is an over the threshold delivery or we can accommodate a White Glove delivery service for an additional fee per item which can be chosen at checkout.
